Customize online button

Use this feature to set a custom icon (SVG) and label text for the chat button in the online state.

Description

When this feature is on, you can set the icon to any SVG you'd like by pasting the SVG text, including the enclosing <svg> tags. You can also adjust the padding to change the size of the SVG graphic relative to the button text.

If you leave the SVG or text fields empty, then the button will retain whatever is configured in the Inbox app for those fields during the online hours.

The configurations in this feature will be applied during the hours configured in the online schedule feature.
