Description

This configuration page mimics the format of the "Available hours" configuration in Shopify Inbox, and is also defined using the store's local timezone in the same way.

After specifying the hours of operation here, you can then configure the offline behavior from the Icon and text link in the settings menu.

Configure these hours if you are wanting Spark Tools for Inbox to manage the offline behavior of the chat. If you prefer to not have any of this behavior, then you should leave the online schedule fully open for all days, so that no chat behavior will be overridden regardless of the time of day.
