Remove last name field

Use this feature if you feel that requiring a visitor's last name is too privacy intrusive or high-friction.
Description
Turning on this setting will remove the "Last Name" field from the visitor chat form.

Note
This setting removes the "Last Name" field from the visitor form prior to starting a chat. Because the information is still required for every chat participant within Shopify Inbox, the field will be hidden from the visitor but will get auto-populated in Inbox with a LastName_{randomString} value as shown:
