Remove initial fake chat badge

Use this feature if you think the initial chat activity badge may cause confusion with visitors.

Description

This setting will remove the false activity badge that shows in the upper corner of the chat button when a new visitor arrives at your site. Any follow-up activity (eg: new messages received) will still render an activity badge as it should.
